I am writing you from the comfort of my new home in California!
After moving out here about 9 months ago with a goal of being closer to the action, I am eagerly anticipating the next harvest season. However, since I am not able to take off time from my new job, I won't have a permanent internship this year but will be filling in where ever I can to get more production experience. With that, I was fortunate to help out at A.P. Vin over the weekend with bottle the 2010 wines.
The bottling truck pulled in around 6am to set up.

With the help of about a dozen people almost 1800 cases were filled.
It was a great experience and I am glad I was able to help.
Now, where will I work next...stay tuned.
